Stella Ladi is a lecturer of Europeanization and Public Policy at Panteion University, Greece. She is affiliated with the Department of Politics, University of Sheffield as an Honorary Research Fellow. She previously worked as a lecturer at University of Sheffield and University of Exeter. She has also been a Research Fellow at the Barcelona Institute of International Studies (IBEI). She has acted as a public policy expert at the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of the Aegean. In July 2002 she completed her PhD thesis at the University of York. Her research interests include processes of policy transfer, global governance, comparative public policy, the relationship between Europeanization and globalization and their impact upon domestic public policy, the role of NGOs and experts in the policy process.

Her latest books are Ladi, S. and Dalakou V. (2008), Introduction to Public Policy and Administration, Patras: Open University Publications (in Greek) and Globalization, Policy Transfer and Policy Research Institutes (2005), Cheltenham: Edward Elgar.
